Chris Brown goes on trial despite fight to dismiss assault case in DC

Chris Brown's bodyguard Christopher Hollosy was found guilty yesterday morning of misdemeanor assault marking the start of Brown's trial.
Hollosy had told police he punched the victim, and not Brown, after he allegedly tried to get onto Brown's tour bus, but the victim said that was never the case. He says he did nothing wrong and Brown also did the punching.
Brown's case will be heard today in D.C. and the stakes are HUGE. If Breezy is found guilty of misdemeanor assault (he denies punching the man) the judge in the Rihanna beating case could revoke his probation and sentence Brown to up to four years in prison.
