Reigning European Champions Bayern Munich have exited the Champions League after a Ronaldo and Ramos inspired Real Madrid secured a 4-nil victory over the Bavarians on Tuesday night.
Bayern were drubbed before their home fans by a rampaging Los Blancos team.
Spain international, Sergio Ramos, headed in twice in the first half before World Best player Ronaldo scored his 15th and 16 goal in this season's tournament
Ramos' goals were fired in in quick succession, stunning the hitherto invincible Bayern team that also lost the first leg of the fixture.
Read Madrid's first goal came in the 16th minute after Ramos perfectly timed his jump to meet Luka Modric's corner with a fantastic header.
And within four minutes, La Decima chasing Madrid were up by two goals by another Ramos header, a daring flying header that put the tie further beyond Bayern's reach.
Ronaldo seemed to have sealed the win with a cool finish in the 34th finish, but he went on to compound Bayern coach Pep Guardiola's woes with a 90th minute free kick that curled over the wall and beyond Neur into the net.
The Portuguese' two goals have edged out Lionel Messi as the record holder for number of strikes in one UEFA Champions League campaign.
However, a rather rash 38th minute tackle on Bastian Schweinsteiger by playmaker Xabi Alonso means the playmaker will not be part of the final.
Real Madrid will now wait for the second semi-final match between Chelsea and Atletico Madrid to know who they will play in the final.
This is the Blanco's first Champions League final since 2002.
